During this period (if client does not wave the 72hr ROC) you are entitled to a full refund of monies paid and receipted by RFS (Rest Financial Services), minus a $45 administrative fee. Your refund by check or certified check will be delivered by mail within 10 business days (All holidays and weekends excluded) to the address provided by the customer(s). RFS will not be responsible for non current or incorrect
information.
